Trying TRIM for the first time

Hi Marc,

thanks but it doesn't completely answer my question: Is it safe to run
TRIM as root/super user? Seems https://getcomposer.org/root does not
think it is safe. So we should say clearly in the doc page what is the
best way to run TRIM.

My OS is CentOS and I have Tikis with normal permissions to be able to
run them under apache. I do not use Syncthing there yet.
