Tiki sitemap feature and _htaccess

Hmm. There may be some flags that can optimize the htaccess a little. Like terminating rule evaluation. Can't recall what they are all off the top of my head. I have to review them when when I muck with htaccess.

I would be a +1 for it being enabled by default. I can't see any downsides and it will simplify the process a little. Perhaps make it less error prone while upgrading.

I've been avoiding route.php for a while but wonder if this is something that might be suited to that. Could perhaps get better server support that way. Anyhow. It's just a thought that may or may not work. In any case, it can't hurt to have it as a part of the htaccess. Migrating it to route.php later if it turns out that's better is still possible.

That's about all my thoughts on the matter.
