v12 Mail-In Problems

I'm trying to setup the Mail-In functionality so I can auto create wiki pages with listserv emails.

I have a gmail account that I setup for this purpose. I configured the settings in the Admin Mail-In page with the correct ports per gmail. pop.gmail.com port 995 and smtp.gmail.com port 465. I don't have the autocheck on and for testing purposes am allowing anonymous and full administrator access.

The type of the account is wiki-append.

When I "Check Now", everything looks like it connects but I get this:

Type:wiki-append
-------
Connecting...OK.
Logging in...OK (1).
No messages.

I would prefer that all email in this account is pulled in and wiki pages created with them but I couldn't figure out how to do that so I setup structure routing and put in something in the subject then sent an email to myself with that word in the subject.

Can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

I'm running on IIS on a Windows 2008 server if that makes a different.
