Display Twitter Feed v12.3

I am using Tikiwiki at safetycommons.com and can't seem to get the twitter feed to work. I have gone to Twitter and set up the consumer key and consumer secret . In the module setting I have tried using both my twitter user name (@safety_alberta) and my wiki user name, since it is unclear which user they are referring to, but still no feed. Any suggestions?

IIRC, the Tweet module is meant to display the tweets of a specific user account in your Tiki. Genreally, I find it much easier to simply create a widget from your Twitter account (there's a lot more options available such as how to handle images and retweets) and then copy/paste the generated Twitter code into a custom Tiki module.

Okay.  I have tried this.  Went to Twitter, created my widget, created a module, made sure it was wiki parsed , and save it.  Set it to display in the right. Now all i get is the error code "failed to execute "twitter feed" module.  Syntax Error in template "dfff3b1181ae05a7e9c8c79f12fcb034b835b947" on line 2 "" - Unexpected ",", expected one of: "}" , " " , ATTR

So what am I doing wrong.

If your module is wiki parsed, you have to include the Twitter widget code within the HTML wiki plugin. Please see the docs for details.

If you simply want to include HTML within a module, it should not be wiki parsed.

You may find my primer useful in creating custom modules.
