Possible Bug: Menu Module with Bootstrap disregards Structure levels

Hi,

When a structure with multiple levels is inserted into a menu module, the menu shows links inconsistently.

Some Menu items show correctly - showing only the top level menu item and expanding on click.

However some other menu items show the lower level menu items directly at that top level (and are essentially duplicated). I understand there is a limit on levels when bootstrap is used, but this issue occurs right at level 2.

E.g. If the structure of pages is like this:
1
.2
.3
4
.5
.6
7
.8
.9

the top level menu is like this, picking some lower level pages:
1
4
5
6
7

This happens only when bootstrap (default) is selected in the menu module. Works correctly in suckerfish. Changing the Limit low visibles levels or Limit top visible levels does not help.

I have disabled bootstrap in the menu module, but unfortunately suckerfish menus show up all at once while the page is loading.

Has anyone faced this? thanks.
