Search results and contents segregation

I have a question related to presentation of search results.
Let's say there are 2 groups of users: A and B.
Group A can view pages of category catA only.
Group B can view pages of category catB only.
Let's say there are 3 occurrences of the string s1 in the pages belonging to catA.
If a user of group B searches for string s1, no links to the pages containing s1 will be shown, however a box showing this text
Found "s1" in 3 "pages"
will appear.
Somehow this violates the segregation of contents because users of group B should not be aware of the presence of string s1 in the wiki, even if occurrences are in pages that they can't see.
How to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance.
