Cannot enable PageTabs Plugin
How to enable the PageTabs Plugin?
I am the wiki admin
I want to include this feature, but the feature appears disabled in the Toolbar settings.
If I go to plugin management the feature does not appear on the General Settings checkboxes (only Tabs Plugin is there), and on the Plugin tab it appears but there is no "enable" checkbox.
