How are cross references created?

In one of our wiki pages, I need to mention the heading of another part of that wiki page. How can I do so in a way that ensures that the heading number remains updated as more content gets added?

If you want to create anchors that are static, regardless of any changes to the page, you should use the ANAME plugin. Please see the docs for details.
