    Trackers seem perfect for me: I want an online DB that users can enter data into, save, update, share if they choose, etc. But, I can't make it do the following format:

    Label check_box select_box text_box
    Label check_box select_box text_box
    Label check_box select_box text_box
    ...

    It seems you can only have one check box and one text box per line, and everything else gets it's own line? Is that true? I'm using v3.1.
