Module minichat: Wrong timestamp & module doesn't expand width in wiki page

Using Tiki 7.2 with theme »jqui« and no theme options, we observe the following issues:

  • The timestamp of postings in the minichat is given in GMT, not in local (german) time though, for example, forums posts carry the correct time stamp.

Is this a known bug? I couldn't find any bug reports regarding this.

And is there a known solution?

  • When embedded into a wiki page using PluginModule, as decribed in

    http://doc.tiki.org/Module+minichat

the minichat doesn't expand it's width as is depicted on the above page, no matter what the value for the parameter align (which is documented to accept a value of »nofloat« in order to place the module inline).

Using a DOM inspector I found that the width is restricted by a DIV tag with classes »module box-minichat clearfix«.

When I place a style directive right in front of the minichat plugin (by use of PluginHTML) and set »div.module {width: 40em}« I end up with all modules on the page expanded to 40em but *not* the minichat in the wiki page; when I set the width of div.box-minichat to 40em, nothing changes; and when I play with the width of div.clearfix, the width of the minichat does indeed increase, but the rest of the page is turned into a mess.

Any ideas how to fix these issues?

Thx,
– jp
