All Newsletters fail because Tiki's default code line length > 550

My host (Siteground.com) seems to be using a very strict spam detection service (mailspamprotection.com) which is bouncing all my newsletters, with the following error:

__ host outbound.mailspamprotection.com 184.154.177.50
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 Maximum line length exceeded (see RFC 5322 2.1.1__

The problem seems to be that default HTML or CSS code automatically embedded in the newsletter by Tiki has line lengths of 998, and are therefore violating the newer RFC 5322 2.1.1.

NOTE: This failure is independent of the newsletter content. It arises from default code inserted by Tiki.

How do I remove this embedded code?

I'm running Tiki v15.4, and using the default bootstrap.

Thanks in advance.
