Following the unfortunate breakage of sefurls on wiki pages in 27.0 (largely my fault, sorry) i found on dev that some search results were using %20 instead of dashes for wiki page links.

This was solved by (as an admin) going to https://dev.tiki.org/tiki-wiki-regenerate_slugs and clicking the button.

Other sites may need this...
