Hi! Found an interesitng and useful graphic annotation tool (via mouseover) called Fotonoter (see http://www.fotonotes.net)

They currently have plugin versions for MediaWiki and WordPress. Have emailed them about a TikiWiki version. The response is quite positive, but they ask, who can they talk to on this.

Please advise.
