I suggest you take a look at http://workflow.tikiwiki.org and read the docs and examples. > Where can I download this new software. Is this software ready for production our is it still a alpha version?? Galaxia is not new 😀. It debuted over 3 years ago and has been part of TikiWiki ever since, get it at http://tikiwiki.org/Download Galaxia is ready for production use. I've been using it it at my workplace for 14 months now, and fixed most, if not all, of the known/reported bugs since then. > Thanks Regards, Georger

Do you think this can do this??? thanks

As such, it presents a generic framework where you have to code most things yourself, and that includes everything related to the handling of documents - uploading, storing, downloading and reviewing. I think you'll be better off looking for a document-based workflow engine, where most document-handling routines are already implemented. You won't have nearly as much of the flexibility offered by Galaxia, but it could be that you don't really need it.
