There is no moderating for wiki edits. Either the user has permission to edit or they don't. If they have it, there is no approval process. The only place (that I can think of) where there is an approval process is for article submission.

Nuts, does anyone know of a module that edits need an admin approval out there?

The post about no moderating of wiki edits is out of date. There is now a "staging" feature, as of TikiWiki 2. See http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Wiki+Page+Staging+and+Approval. There've been some reports of problems, but it does normally work (it was developed by the Mozilla support site and is used there (http://support.mozilla.com) so give it a try.
