Did you give Anonymous visitors permission to see the feature? See the docs for details.

First, thanks for the help, guys. You can't imagine the releif I have now that I know where thoses "How To" documents are!

Second - My team has some things waiting for when this thing is finally on-line and the pressure is pretty heigh to get this done. We're pretty excited about this feature on our site, and can't wait to unvail it to the rest of the world!

I'm sure I'll have more questions for you guys later.
