I've spent hours hunting for a solution to this in tiki 13 to no avail.

Is there a way I can list a set of favorites for the current logd in user.

It needs to inlcude the $user variable somehow, this I understand, but where should I add it?

I've seen the plugin used for {$USER} which displays the current user but you cannot use this within a module.
