    Hi. I'm translating Tikiwiki into Romanian. and I ran into a little problem. Romanian uses several special characters (such as t with cedilla) that are ignored by my editors (Dreamweaver MX, Editpad Lite). I'm working under Windows and I tried using the character map for importing those characters, but the t with cedilla gets displayed as plain t. Anyone have any suggestions (switching editors, anything else)? I'd rather do the translation correctly from the beginning.

    Well, it doesn't do anything, at least for me. I think the problem lies with the encoding. On

    if you look at the content type (can't write it correctly because of tikiwiki's overzealous protection) the encoding is windows-1250. So I guess that UTF-8 can't handle all languages in existence after all.
