article image does not display

Hi!

I added an .ico file for a topic in articles section. But it does not display in the article:
http://www.cpp-home.com/index/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=1

in the admin though it shows well.

what's wrong?

Topic Images can be gif or jpg.
