    Greetings All;
    I am using the Wikipedia theme, which has a large open white-space right at the top of the screen. Always thought this was part of the charm of the theme (the open clean-looking expanse of white) but now it seems the perfect place for a flash banner,
    600 X 100 px. The theme begins the editable space at the MAKETOCBOX about 120 px below top of client window. More then enough room to center the flash banner if I can figure out how to access that space. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Here's a link to view the problem, Independence
