This is a strange error, we use the wiziwig editor to create internal anchor tags and internal jump links within a newly created page. Upon the first save it works fine, however after we revisit the same wiki page and make additional changes the code for the jump links turn into:

To generate anchor tags in TikiWiki, for security reasons you should use the following plugin syntax:

http://doc.tikiwiki.org/pluginAlink
http://doc.tikiwiki.org/pluginAname

If you are looking for a way to easily insert these syntax into wysiwyg, this may help: http://doc.tikiwiki.org/WysiwygPluginButton, or you may want to write your own FCKeditor plugin, similar to the others found in
lib/fckeditor_tiki/plugins
