Hi Navneet,

I think there's a bug in the code, currently. I see in my own tiki.org account information that my user page was previously listed as UserPageChibaguy, which still exists, but I'm prompted in my account info to create a new page "UserPageGary Cunningham-Lee".

Apparently the option to display our real names instead of log-in usernames was maybe meant to be applied to our user pages also, but wasn't fully implemented (i.e., there should be an alias linking the two names, or something).

I don't know if this is affecting your situation or just a related quirk. What happens if you try to edit a userpage using your log-in (not real) name, like https://tiki.org/tiki-editpage.php?page=UserPageNavneet (or UserPageNavneet1991)?

By the way, it looks like you registered twice at tiki.org, once with username navneet and once with navneet1991. It could be possible that you are logged in with one name and trying to edit the userpage of the other name. We can remove the account that you don't want to use, if you like.

Hi Ricardo,

Yes, there's apparently a bug causing this problem, as I described above. What happens if you trying creating/editing a user page that uses the name you log in to tiki.org with, in place of your real name? I think that should work.

You do not have permission to edit this page.

I want to edit my profile on tiki, but I was getting error while editing.

Hi all,

I make sure the user is redirected to his page if it was created with his login (username, email), otherwise I give him the possibility to create a new page with his realname if the realname is not empty.
