Web agency
A web agency uses Tiki to deploy various Web projects for its customers. An example of this is CGCOM.
Tiki along with shared hosting does a great job of this out-of-the-box. However, if the web agency wanted to manage the hosting including e-mail with open source, this will be covered in a second phase of Tiki Suite.
