Admins can create chat channels that users can join. Once in a channel, users post messages that are broadcast to all the users in the same chatroom. Chatroom messages are updated at a given interval that can be configured for each chat channel (you may want one channel to refresh faster than others).
Is there a way (or could one be added) to assign group permissions to individual chat channels, rather than all of them at once? I'd like to have chat spaces for staff-only, customers-only (as opposed to simply 'registered' users), registered (but not anonymous), etc. I do want different groups to be able to use chat, but I'd like the fine-grained control found in many other sections of Tiki.
