Release 1.9.x

Codename Sirius : stable branch - bugfixes & minor and/or visual enhancements

As TikiWiki 1.9.0 has been released, BRANCH-1-9 will now only be used only for bugfixes & minor and/or visual enhancements, all new features will go to HEAD (code name 1.10 Arcturus).

Here is a tarball with latest BRANCH-1-9: http://de.tikiwiki.org/tar/lastiki_BRANCH-1-9.tar.bz2 - code updated every 6 hours.
