Codename 1.10 Arcturus (for now) : development head
This is the latest development version where all new features should arrive.
As Tikiwiki 1.9.0 has been released, BRANCH-1-9 will now only be used only for bugfixes & minor and/or visual enhancements, all new features will go to HEAD (code name 1.10 Arcturus). 1.10 Arcturus (for now) is only for power users and developers. Most will access using CVS. Please see: http://dev.tikiwiki.org/RefreshHEAD
