1. Looking for quick answers for a couple of questions about JS libraries (move to 2nd hour if that's better):
   1. Is Select2 going to be removed from Tiki, replaced by Element Plus?
      1. Should we consider Element Plus stable enough to be enabled and used on dev.t.o and disable Select2 there for dogfood? (last time both were enabled causing duplicated dropdowns issue)
   2. Also, there's an admin option "Enable Vue.js". When should Vue.js be enabled, as a feature option?
