This is a loose definition. It really depends where you are. If could be a city, a state, country or region. It could also be a language.

• Get to know everyone in the groups you are in. Each user should make a UserPage

What support should tikiwiki.org offer? Use of Organic Groups ?

Hey there,
I´d like to ste up a 'German Tiki User Group', but I am stuck in work for the next while. So it would be the support I need to be given me some assistance in setting that up technically. At least some general advise what features to use and perhabs an example of a 'Local User Group'.
