I checked this out and c:\php\sessiondata exists. IUSR now has write permissions to it and the problem has been reduced to the one last error that I show below. I am not familiar with the "headers already sent by..." errors.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this one?

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at d:\tikifolder\tiki-modules.php:2) in d:\tikifolder\index.php on line 3
