I am using version 1.7.7 (still waiting for 1.9 to come out in order to resolve the bug displaying non-USASCII characters in categories!).

If you go to tiki-admin_newsletters.php, then there is drop-down box called "frequencies" with possible values from "0 days" to "89 days". Be glad to know what this means before I do something horrible....
