You can see differently bu changing modules perms :
Allow the module mod-application_menu to be displayedonly for admin

To do that :
Go in admin / modules
Set up the right groups for each module (use CRTL to add more than 1 group) + don,'t forget the login module
Go in admin / general
Uncheck "displays all the modules to all"
