    Hmm.. not sure I udnerstand. The link to InstallTikiUnderSafeMode states under the 1.8.3 stuff, that it should install fine. I'm not getting a blank screen (as noted in the instructions), I'm getting the lines of errors, then the rest of the tiki home page.
