I'm having a similar problem with a 1.8.4 download from november too.

I seem to get the problem when i put in an external link (wiki syntax).
I get a similar error( cannot modify header info headers already sent ....
output started at /usr/local/www/htdocs/blablas/tikiwiki/lib/tikilib.php:4174 in /usr/local/www/htdocs/blabla/tikiwiki/tiki-editpage.php on line 622

I'm not having any problems with any other of my 1.8.4 sites

any ideas?
