Trackers permissions problem
I got the following problem: I needed a tracker which would allow anonymous to create items, but not to view them (due to legal stuff, personal data etc.).
I have made a 10 minutes hack to make it possible, but I think it shuold be also implemented into official relase. My patch is useful only for me, so I don't publish it (unless smbdy insist).
The solution I propose is to add a new permission to trackers: let's call it tiki_p_view_trackers_items ( appearing of items. )
