    Is it working on this site?
    If not ....check your browser conf
    If not .... you know where to click it is not obvious
    Is it working with a tiki theme?
    If yes .. check your tpls(menu tpl and header tpl) .. as travisr told you
    Is it working as admin?
    If yes, check your perms .. You need to have the perm to see admin tracker for instance
