    The documentation indicates that create templates to be used in features such as the HTML Pages feature. It indicates that to do this I should
    follow the "content templates" link from the admin
    section of the application menu

    Where is this specifically? Does anyone know?

    'Content Templates' is one of the admin options that will show up when you click on the + or - or :: signs beside the Admin menu item. You will need to have this 'Feature' enabled before you can use it.
