As of today I'm running a nearly stable Tiki v1.9 DR4 system. I read on de.tikiwiki.org that a final 1.9 DR4 is nearly close to be released. What do I have to do, to upgrade the existing installation with the latest branch release?
If somebody could provide a detailed description of that, it would be very nice.
