setup.sh is supposed to
- create the data/cache directories
- to set all the directories with the right perms. The data/cache .. directories must be writable by the web server, the rest must not

All the creation and chmod are in the script setup.sh. You must give 2 parameters to this script your user login or the server login and the server group.
