    Right now my users can do everything an admin can. How can i change it so users can just use their mailbox, compose, and address book?

    Read the Documentation !!

    Make Groups..
    for example:
    - Anonymous
    - Members
    - VIP
    -Admin
    (in this example anonymous could be part of members, could be part of vip....anonymous (smaller than)members(smaller than) vip(smaller than) admin)

    Give those Groups different permissions...
    See permission-description in Documentation...

    add users to the different groups...

    Take away the tiki_p_admin perm , or take away each individual perms in admin-> group -> the key of your group^

    How can i change it so users can just use their mailbox, compose, and address book?
    The users group must have tiki_p_messages, tiki_p_broadcast & tiki_p_broadcast_all for broadcasting
