There is no real notion of page belonging to a group. A page has special perms and category that can have special perms

People speaks a lot of inheritance, Inheritance of perms and inheritance of categories. But is inheritance a good notion (a lot of pages are created on the fly as soon as you allow the quick edit module). Must this be automatic, only from a click? DO we need to have preset of permission/categories?
