If you mean by cut out ... that some code disappears.?
Tikiwiki cleans for security reason some code... (function make_clean in tiki-setup_base.php) but be carefull if you take some cleaning away, your code will be insecure.
The only way to do this kind of functionality is to write a dedicated wiki plugin or a complete module
