Page Automation

I am using EasyPHP 1.8 with tiki 1.9 on windows and I am trying to find a way to automate page creation. I've been able to add a new page manually by using a query to mysql through it's web-based interface, but I dont know where to start to execute this query in code (preferably VB.NET, but it can be any language, really)

Is there any information out there I can look at, or does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks,
ericp
