    I'm sorry to report that I'm still not able to edit. I just logged in to d.tw.o and attempted to log the TroubleShooting page. I got a permission denied message. Please take another look. Thanks.

    For the record, I successfully logged in with Dave's username & password.

    Dave: can you try from another computer?
