Simply use a soft line break ( %%% ):

Oh no - Number three.
By "outdenting" the Oh no (in your previous example) you're implictly saying that you want to start a new list. When in fact (if I understand your question) you really wanted the Oh no to be on a new line, but as a sub-line of item #2?
To indent without bullets or numbers:
Use a non-breaking space ( ~hs~ ):
or a definition list ( ;term:definition ):

- definition
