    In a tracker, is there a way to have a link to a wiki page? And/or a forum?

    In the best of all worlds, I would like to be able to create a page if none exists, or to link to an existing one if one does.

    Thinking in the context of a support ticket system being able to maintain a history of and support conversations about requests.

    The trackers are great for a support/help desk I think.

    If you create a textarea within the tracker you can use wiki syntex when filling in the field.

    So if you use the double bracket on a word ie, ((your word)) you will get the your word link you would get in a regular wiki page.

    You could also put in a link to any other area you wish such as the forums
    [tiki-view_forum.php?forumId=4|Features/Usability] which gives you, Features/Usability

    Is that what you meant?
