Without the line error, it is difficult to give the right answer. To see the error, firefox is much better that IE.
It is because of the php version and the configuration of your php. One line must be fixed (usually a & to take away). Look i this forum for a bug with adodb.inc.php

You can also ignore this notice by configuring the error level in admin->general.
