I am having this same issue. I started using TikiWiki on my own server, but I didn't have time to keep everything up, so now I am hosting with ServerFly. They have me on 1.9.2.
The images show up when I create the banner, but when I goto use them they don't draw? Then I go back to edit the banner and the picture doesn't draw there either?
Thanks for any help someone can give me on this issure.
