    How do I enable a show/hide icon like every module in this page has? it's to the right of every module and clicking it toggles the showing or hiding of every menu item inside it...

    I believe that you can use the Show Module Controls on the Admin: Features page (tiki-admin.php?page=features).

    Set "Users can Shade Modules" to Always in the User Features section of the Admin: Features page.
