The file that's the source for the iframe is external, outside Tiki, which just provides a frame for it to display in. This is the reason Javascript can be done in iframes the same way. To see a crude example, go to zukakakina.com and change the theme to Tikineat.
I made a new directory where I put the .swf file and the HTML file for the .swf. The new banner is an HTML type and its data is the iframe code that calls the html file.
