Galaxia is not new 😀. It debuted over 3 years ago and has been part of TikiWiki ever since, get it at http://tikiwiki.org/Download
Galaxia is ready for production use. I've been using it it at my workplace for 14 months now, and fixed most, if not all, of the known/reported bugs since then.
